An Atlanta native and third generation builder, Ron Ross founded Historical Home Designs, Inc in 1968. Since then he has dedicated his life and career to building exquisite homes around timeless architectural principles. The Ross family has long been renowned for intelligent craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Sometimes that means including upgrades as standard features, or only working with the finest building materials. President

An accomplished general contractor with extensive, progressive experience, Ronald Ross has been building in and around Atlanta since the nineteen-sixties. Boasting an impressive resumé that ranges from shopping centers and light commercial to the custom homes he’s become synonymous with, Ronald has stamped his legacy across Atlanta’s growing landscape.

Now, nearly 45 years later, he continues to serve as a leader in the luxury home industry. As a 4th generation builder, you could say construction is in Ron’s blood. After all, it’s the only job he’s ever had. Ron started off his professional career working in commercial grading, but it didn’t take long for the residential bug to catch Ron also. Currently, Ron works with closely with his father on nearly every aspect of the business. As he grows as a builder, Ron is excited for the opportunity to add a chapter to his family’s story, while meeting the exacting standards Historical Home Designs, Inc has become known for.

Miller Ross first got her real estate license while just out of high school. Since then she has served as the exclusive listing agent in all real estate transactions for Historical Home Designs, Inc and worked as an integral member of the company. With over a decade of experience in listing and selling luxury properties, Miller has ensconced herself as the person who takes the home to market, finds a buyer, and puts the keys in new owners’ hands. In addition to her duties as a realtor, Miller holds multiple graduate degrees in the medical and life sciences fields.

Ronnie Ross is a builder's builder. What I mean by that is Ronnie's knowledge of residential construction transcends what other builders bring to the table because he understands all the nuances of engineering and construction and is therefore able to manage his tradesmen, and not vice versa, which is so often the case.

We built an awesome home, and Ronnie was an integral part of our team (husband, wife, architect, builder). It's been 15 years since we met and I still call him whenever I have a technical question. His years of experience and hands-on knowledge never cease to surprise me with the best solution.
